A pharmaceutical or biotech site is not only its classified space. The same building holds offices, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, kitchenettes and break rooms, and those areas still sit inside a facility that gets audited.
We take care of them too. Either added to an existing GMP cleaning contract on request, or included from the start as part of a single agreement covering the whole site.
Floor care
Outside the classified areas, floors are a different problem than inside them. VCT in break rooms, restrooms and conference rooms needs scrubbing, stripping and refinishing on a cycle, or it degrades to the point where it starts shedding rather than holding. Carpeted areas need their own program.
We handle both: routine machine scrubbing, stripping down to substrate when the finish has run its life, refinishing, and carpet care on the schedule your facility runs on.
Why one contractor
The crew is already on site, already through your vetting, already trained on your gowning and access rules, and already documenting its work in the same system as the cleanroom program. Adding the office side does not add a vendor to manage, an insurance certificate to chase, or a second set of people to escort.
