Post-Construction Cleaning
The cleaning that takes a newly built or renovated cleanroom from construction condition to a state where it can be handed over.
Construction leaves behind what a finished room cannot carry: drywall dust, sealant residue, adhesive, metal filings and packaging debris, on surfaces and inside places that will never be opened again once the room is in service.
This is particle removal rather than disinfection. We wipe surfaces with microfiber cloths and vacuum with HEPA-filtered units, working through the space until the construction load is gone. Cleaning agents are typically a decon cleaner and 70% IPA, or whatever your specification calls for.
We work for whoever holds the contract. That may be the general contractor, another trade contractor, or the facility owner directly.
